My Story

I am a native of Ahoskie, North Carolina and now reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area with my husband, Robert, our two sons, Jeiel and David, and baby girl, Victoryah.  I studied at North Carolina A&T State University where I received a BFA in Professional Theatre and at the Savannah College of Art & Design, where I received an MFA in Film & Video Production.  I am the founder of Break of Dawn Productions and Break of Dawn Ink, where I operate as a video and book editor, author, and writing and self-publishing coach.  I have a passion for stories and motivating other scribal types to get their stories from the idea stage to the published author stage.

I am certified in Marketing, as well as skilled in designing and editing in Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and the Microsoft platform.  I enjoy reading, writing, and watching movies with my family.

The Summers seem like the perfect Christian family. However, they are proof that all fall short, and there was nothing glorious going on behind the closed doors of Reverend Summers.
